Welcome to NewsPressHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NewsPressHub website, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, applications, APIs, publishing services, subscription plans, support services and all related products and services provided by NewsPressHub.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, accessing our platform or using any NewsPressHub service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and any additional policies published by NewsPressHub.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our platform and services.

For these Terms:

• NewsPressHub means the NewsPressHub SaaS platform, website, applications, APIs and related services.
• Company means News Press Hub, the owner and operator of NewsPressHub.
• Agency means any registered news agency, media house, newspaper, publisher, company or organization using NewsPressHub.
• User means any individual accessing or using the platform.
• Administrator means a user authorized to manage an agency workspace.
• Reporter includes journalists, editors, contributors, authors and other publishing team members.
• Content includes articles, blogs, editorials, breaking news, media files, videos, images, documents, advertisements and all other uploaded materials.
• Subscription means a paid or free service plan offered by NewsPressHub.
• Services means every feature, module and future functionality provided by NewsPressHub.

You must be at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you register or use NewsPressHub on behalf of an organization, agency or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to legally bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, onboarding and subscription. You are responsible for updating your information whenever it changes.

NewsPressHub reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend access or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.

Creating an account may require email verification, mobile verification, OTP verification or other authentication methods supported by NewsPressHub.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, authentication devices and recovery information.

You must immediately notify NewsPressHub if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must never share passwords, OTPs, API credentials, authentication tokens or payment verification codes with any unauthorized person.

NewsPressHub may temporarily suspend access where suspicious login activity, credential compromise or security threats are detected.

Each registered agency receives an independent workspace designed to manage its users, reporters, editors, websites, news content, media library, settings, subscriptions and integrations.

Agency administrators are responsible for:

• Managing authorized users.
• Assigning permissions.
• Maintaining business information.
• Protecting agency credentials.
• Monitoring publishing activities.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Agencies remain responsible for all activities performed using their accounts, whether performed directly by administrators or authorized team members.

NewsPressHub supports role-based access control (RBAC) for secure management of organizational users.

Supported roles may include:

• Super Administrator
• Agency Owner
• Agency Administrator
• Chief Editor
• Editor
• Reporter
• Journalist
• Author
• Contributor
• Moderator

Each user is responsible for using the permissions granted to them lawfully, responsibly and solely for authorized business purposes.

Misuse of assigned permissions may result in account suspension, removal of access or legal action where appropriate.

NewsPressHub reserves the right to improve, modify, discontinue or replace platform features where reasonably necessary for operational, legal or technical purposes.

Users agree to use NewsPressHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Users must not:

• Publish illegal, defamatory or fraudulent content.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account or infrastructure.
• Bypass subscription limitations.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Interfere with platform security.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Use the platform for spam, phishing or fraudulent activities.
• Misuse APIs or automated systems.
• Circumvent security controls or authentication mechanisms.

NewsPressHub reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate actions, including restricting content, suspending accounts, terminating services or reporting unlawful activities to competent authorities where required by law.

NewsPressHub provides technology to create, manage, organize, schedule and publish digital content. The platform does not act as the publisher, editor or owner of content submitted by agencies unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each agency retains ownership of its articles, blogs, editorials, images, videos, advertisements, documents, branding and other uploaded content.

The agency represents and warrants that it owns, licenses or otherwise has all necessary rights, permissions and legal authority to publish all submitted content.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that published content complies with applicable copyright laws, intellectual property rights, privacy laws, media regulations and journalistic standards.

NewsPressHub may remove, disable or restrict access to content where required by law, court order, regulatory authority, valid copyright complaint or material violation of these Terms.

All software, source code, user interface designs, platform architecture, databases, APIs, trademarks, logos, documentation, templates, branding and other proprietary materials developed by NewsPressHub remain the exclusive property of News Press Hub or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, NewsPressHub grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes.

Users shall not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, sublicense, lease, sell or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without prior written authorization.

Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of NewsPressHub intellectual property to any customer or third party.

Certain NewsPressHub services require an active paid subscription. Subscription plans may differ in available features, user limits, storage capacity, integrations, support levels and publishing capabilities.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, applicable taxes and payment terms will be communicated before purchase or renewal.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers including Razorpay or other supported payment gateways.

NewsPressHub does not store complete payment card details, CVV numbers, UPI PINs or online banking credentials.

Failure to make timely payment may result in delayed activation, feature restrictions or temporary suspension of paid services.

Where available, NewsPressHub may provide free trial access to selected services for evaluation purposes.

Trial accounts may include restrictions relating to storage, users, integrations, publishing limits, AI usage, API access and other premium features.

NewsPressHub reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue free trial programs at any time for future registrations.

Upon expiration of a trial period, continued use of premium services requires an active paid subscription.

NewsPressHub may integrate with third-party services including Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Firebase, Razorpay, analytics providers, AI service providers, cloud hosting platforms and communication services.

Users authorize NewsPressHub to access only the permissions necessary to provide the requested integration.

Third-party services operate independently and remain governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

NewsPressHub is not responsible for interruptions, API limitations, policy changes, account restrictions or service discontinuation caused by third-party providers.

NewsPressHub strives to maintain reliable platform availability; however, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Services may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, internet outages, cyber security incidents, cloud provider issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Scheduled maintenance may be performed periodically to improve platform performance, security and reliability.

NewsPressHub may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, abuse platform resources, fail to make required payments or create security risks.

Users may voluntarily terminate their account by contacting NewsPressHub through the registered communication channels.

Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations or liabilities arising before termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NewsPressHub is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party service, continuous API availability, search engine rankings, audience growth or commercial outcomes resulting from use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewsPressHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other commercial losses arising from use of the platform.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, NewsPressHub's aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the affected customer during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless NewsPressHub, Kyan Technology, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of intellectual property rights or unlawful publication of content.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising under these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where News Press Hub maintains its registered office.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.

NewsPressHub may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect legal, technical, operational or business changes. Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
